Job Summary

Homeland Talent Solutions has partnered with a well-established community hospital in North Carolina to hire a Registered Nurse (RN), Endoscopy. As a Registered Nurse, Endoscopy, you’ll join a patient-focused team where your skills, compassion, and clinical experience are truly valued.

As a Registered Nurse, Endoscopy, you’ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care throughout all phases of endoscopic procedures—from pre-op and intra-op to recovery. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, anesthesia teams, and fellow nurses to ensure patient safety, comfort, and the best possible outcomes. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough pre-procedure assessments and ensure patients are properly prepared for endoscopic procedures
Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures, responding promptly to patient needs and changes in condition
Monitor patients throughout the procedure, assessing and documenting responses to treatment
Deliver attentive post-procedure care, including patient education, recovery monitoring, and discharge planning
Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to infection control protocols, and oversee proper care and functioning of equipment
Champion patient safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the entire care experience

Requirements
- Active RN license in North Carolina or a compact state
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – required within 30 days of hire
- Advanced certifications such as ACLS or PALS – preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
- Previous experience in Endoscopy, PACU, critical care, or procedural nursing – preferred
