UP Health System – Marquette is seeking an ED RN to join our team, delivering critical, compassionate care in a fast-paced emergency department. This PRN/0.001 FTE role requires flexible 12-hour shifts and occasional weekends and holidays.
As an ED RN, you will perform plans of care, administer medications, document care, and coordinate with the care team to support patients and families. A Michigan RN license and an associate degree are required.
Job Type: PRN | 0.001 FTE or As Needed Schedule: 12-hour varied shifts, 7-7s, required to work one weekend per schedule and 2 holidays

ED provides unscheduled outpatient services to patients whose condition requires immediate care. ED is staffed 24/7/365.
ED provides meaningful work with a wide variety of tasks. There are lots of learning opportunities, a teamwork-oriented environment and plenty of excitement. Change is constant and it can often be emotionally taxing and stressful.
One to two years of inpatient med/surg or critical care experience is preferred.

Applicants should have a current Michigan RN license and possess an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor's preferred).
