Texas Health Resources in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department, mid shift, full-time. Join a multidisciplinary team in a Level III trauma center with state-of-the-art technology and strong growth opportunities.

You will deliver nursing care using the nursing process, assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care across shifts. Requirements include an ADN or nursing diploma (BSN preferred), current RN license, BCLS, ACLS, CPI, ENPC, TNCC, PALS within specified

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• RN - Current Registered Nurse required upon hire.
• BCLS required prior to independent patient care and maintained quarterly.
• ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• CPI within 90 days of hire.
• ENPC within 6 months of hire.
• TNCC within 6 months of hire.
• PALS within 90 days of hire.
• 1 year RN experience or completion of an RN residency.
• 2-3 years ER experience preferred.

Work hours: Full Time - Mid Shift- 1p - 1a - 36 Hours/ Week - 3/12 hour shifts a week

Here’s What You Need

• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred
• CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency (required)
• RN - Current Registered Nurse required Upon Hire
• BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
• ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of hire
• CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within 90 days of hire
• ENPC – Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course within 6 months of hire required
• TNCC – Trauma Nursing Core Course within 6 months of hire required
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 90 days of hire
• 1-year of Experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program required.
• 2-3 years ER experience preferred.
