Job summary

Community Health Network in Indianapolis is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts, including a weekend option on Fridays and Saturdays from 7:00pm to 7:30am. You will join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a safe, cost-effective environment.

As an RN, you will manage patient care across the healthcare continuum, collaborate with clinicians, and apply the Nurse Practice Act to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN, CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Experience as determined by department.

Responsibilities

• Registered Nurse will be responsible for demonstrating performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, performance, the Nurse Practice Act, and the mission and goals of the Community Health Network.
• The RN manages patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner and demonstrates skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and management of resources.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Experience as determined by department.
