Qualifications

• Indiana RN license in good standing (NLC).
• Graduate of NLN/CCNE/ACEN or NLN CNEA accredited nursing program, or 3 years of related nursing experience.

• Manage patient care across the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum, safe outcomes.
• Collaborate, delegate and negotiate with team; monitor resources and care plans.

Make a Difference

Registered Nurse will be responsible for demonstrating performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, performance, the Nurse Practice Act, and the mission and goals of the Community Health Network. The RN manages patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner and demonstrates skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and management of resources.

Exceptional Skills And Qualifications

• Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
