Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room and Float Pool in Hazel Crest, IL. This FTE .9 position covers 7pm to 7am, focusing on the ER team and telemetry care.

You will provide and coordinate nursing care through the nursing process, using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and compassionate communication to ensure patient safety and the best experience. Where You Will Work:

• The unit has30 beds with 6 low acuity spaces
• As a nurse in this department,you willassisttheERteam area only.

We’reLooking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Associationand ACLS
• Mustpossessat minimum 2 years telemetry, critical care, Cath Lab, or PACU nursing experience

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic carein accordance withestablished standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, andskillscommunication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
