Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department to deliver direct clinical patient care. The role includes assessing, planning, implementing and documenting care, and modifying plans based on patient needs.

The RN will coordinate multidisciplinary care, supervise delegated staff, and ensure high-quality, safe nursing practices while supporting staff competency and resource management. A sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure/permit.
• BLS certification on hire; ACLS, PALS, CPI, NRP required within specified timeframes depending on department.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Assess, plan, implement and document patient care; modify care plans as needed.
