Advocate Health’s Shelby, NC-based Emergency Department is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver care across the full spectrum of emergency medicine. You will coordinate patient care using the nursing process, communicate effectively with the care team, and contribute to a culture of safety and quality in a Level III trauma setting.
Ideal candidates bring at least 6 months ER RN experience, a valid RN license in North Carolina, and BLS with ACLS in the required timeframe.
Atrium Health Cleveland Emergency Department provides 24-hour emergency medical services to Cleveland County and the surrounding communities, delivering high-quality care for patients of all ages. From treating minor injuries such as fractures and lacerations to managing life‑treating conditions like heart attacks and strokes, the department is equipped to handle a full spectrum of emergency needs. The 36‑bed emergency department is a Level III trauma center, offering around-the-clock physician coverage by board‑certified emergency medicine providers, as well as resources for resuscitation, surgery, and intensive care for trauma patients. As a designated Chest Pain Center, the team demonstrates a strong commitment to quality care and adherence to rigorous clinical standards. In addition, on‑call medical specialists are available for consultation, ensuring patients have access to comprehensive, coordinated care when needed.
