Job summary

Three Rivers Medical Center in Louisa, KY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department on a 7:00am–7:00pm day shift. This full-time, on-site role coordinates patient care across disciplines and uses computerized documentation systems.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, administering medications within RN scope, coordinating discharge planning, and educating patients and families about conditions and self-care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Must have a license to practice professional nursing in Kentucky.
• Current BCLS and ACLS upon hire.
• Interpersonal skills to interact with patients, guests, physicians, and staff.

Job Summary:

• You will serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• You will monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
• You will perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice of the Registered Nurse (RN)
