Position Details:

• Full-time, night shift (7p to 7a), 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, every other weekend
• Location: Grand Haven Hospital, part of Trinity Health

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in Michigan
• BLS certification
• ACLS and PALS certifications within 6 months of hire
• TNCC certification within 12 months of hire
• Preferred: BSN degree

Responsibilities:

• Collect and document comprehensive patient data
• Identify expected outcomes and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to implement care plans
• Evaluate and document patient progress
