The ideal candidate holds an Ohio RN license, 1 year ED/ER experience in the last 5 years, and active AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications.

Qualificações

• Background Check, FACIS III, 10-Panel Drug Screen, TB screening, immunizations, and N95 fit test are required before placement

• Monitor vital signs, rhythms, and neurological status continuously
• Document clinical care and orders in real time

Job Description

DGADA Staffing Group is seeking an energetic and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department for per diem shifts at ProMedica Flower Hospital in Sylvania, OH. In this role, you will perform rapid patient triage, administer acute trauma and emergency nursing interventions, manage critical life support, and document clinical encounters in accordance with facility standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate emergency nursing care, triage, and stabilization to emergency department patients.
• Administer emergency medications, IV therapies, blood products, and advanced cardiac life support protocols.
• Continuously monitor patient vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and neurological status.
• Complete real-time clinical documentation and order entries accurately.
• Coordinate patient care with emergency physicians, trauma teams, and inpatient transfer units.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, infection control, and emergency care standards.

Requirements

• Active License: Unencumbered Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN experience within the last 5 years (ED/ER experience required).
• Certifications:
  • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) Provider
  • Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Provider
  • Active AHA PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Provider
  • Active NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Pre-Placement Clearances:
  • Background Check (Checkr + FACIS III)
  • 10-Panel Standard Drug Screen (within 12 months)
  • Annual TB Screening (IGRA blood test or 1-step/2-step PPD)
  • Proof of immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Hep B, Annual Flu shot)
  • N95 Mask Fit test appointment
