Job summary

Avir Vista is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver direct nursing care to residents and supervise daily nursing activities on the unit. We value compassion, quality, and innovation, and welcome new graduates and walk-ins to join our family.

You'll lead and delegate tasks to CNAs, craft individualized care plans, monitor residents, and contribute to quality improvement while keeping accurate documentation. Join a supportive team focused on growth and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas RN license and CPR certification required.
• IV certification preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and regulations in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Supervise CNAs and other staff, delegating tasks as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records.
