Avir Vista is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Colonel location. You will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities on your unit, supporting a collaborative, growth-oriented team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

• Valid Texas RN License
• Valid CPR Certification
• I.V. Certification Preferred
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
