Job summary

Avir at Colonel in Texas is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and lead day-to-day nursing activities on the unit.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Supervise CNAs and delegate tasks to other staff members.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records
