Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN with current applicable state licensure/permit.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• ACLS required within 3 months of hire for Emergency Dept & Medical Response Team RNs.
• NRP/CPIs/PALS requirements within 3 months for specified units as listed.
• Certifications required for various RN specialties as outlined in the job posting.

Aufgaben

• Assess, plan, implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per shift basis.
• Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated.
• Support CNO to ensure high quality, safe nursing care and resource management.
• Coordinate patient care using a multi-disciplinary approach.
• Develop and modify care plans for newly admitted patients as conditions change.
• Deliver designated nursing interventions in accordance with the medical plan of care.
• Document nursing care accurately in patient records.
• Perform procedures in the specialty service area.
• Perform related duties as required.
