BSA Hospital in Amarillo, TX is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse for day shift. This full-time role involves delivering expert dialysis care across the patient age spectrum and supporting a compassionate, patient-centered team.

You will work with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure high-quality treatment, safety, and education, with opportunities for professional growth in a faith-based, community hospital.

Competenze

• Texas RN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer to the role.

• Plan, organize, implement, and evaluate patient care for patients of all ages, pediatric to geriatric.
• Coordinate, delegate, and provide direct nursing care for patients by working cooperatively with patients, family members, and all patient care team members.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Dialysis Nurse is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating patient care of patients of all ages, pediatric to geriatric.
• The RN coordinates, delegates, and provides direct nursing care for patients by working cooperatively with patients, family members, and all patient care team members.
• The RN provides supervision for patient team members in accordance with their level of training and the patient’s acuity.

Job Requirements

• High School (or GED equivalent) diploma.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current License to practice as a registered nurse in Texas.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements

• Previous experience providing nursing care to patients on acute dialysis.
