Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital in Erie, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time day shifts (7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.). Compensation ranges from $35.67 to $48.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and career growth opportunities in a world-class inpatient post-ICU setting.

The RN will participate in admissions, assessments, and evidence-based patient care, while leveraging a clinical ladder and certifications like PCCN/CCRN to advance skills and promote excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN License
• BLS certification required at hire
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Perform timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families; provide ongoing care and education.
