Select Specialty Hospital - Erie is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) for the Erie, PA location. Schedule is 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

with a compensation of $48.00 per hour and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The role focuses on administering and supervising clinical care, safety, infection control, and quality of care while mentoring staff. You'll lead shift staffing, promote teamwork, ensure compliance with education requirements, and act as a clinical resource for the team in a rehabilitation setting with

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license required.
• BLS required at hire.
• ACLS required prior to completion of orientation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and supervise the clinical care being provided.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and quality of care on duty; assist with performance appraisals and mentoring during orientation.
• Manage staffing and resources for the scheduled shift; promote a team-based atmosphere.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff; interpret assessment data and ensure accurate transcription of medical orders.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
