Job summary

Bluebird Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring registered nurses to care for residents in a supportive facility. The role focuses on overseeing patient care plans, ensuring safety, and coordinating with physicians and therapists.

Requirements include an active state RN license and a current BLS/CPR certification; 2+ years SNF experience preferred but not required. Full-time and part-time shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved RN program with active state license
• Preferred: 2+ years experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (not required)
• Current BLS/CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee resident care in a safe, clean environment
• Develop and implement resident care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants
• Monitor assigned nursing staff to ensure safety and compliance
• Record medication administration and changes in resident condition
• Follow proper use of nursing equipment and supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned
