Job summary

Bluebird Wellness and Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking a Registered Nurse to care for residents in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Full-time and part-time positions available; shift is 7am–7pm. Full-time employees will be offered benefits.

You will develop care plans, oversee resident care, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants; ensure safety and compliance; document medications and changes in condition; use nursing equipment properly.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved RN program with active state license.
• Preferred: 2+ years experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (not required).
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee resident care in a safe, clean environment
• Develop and implement resident care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants
• Monitor assigned nursing staff to ensure safety and compliance
• Record medication administration and changes in resident condition
• Follow proper use of nursing equipment and supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned
