Job summary

Bruce Community Living Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in Bruce, Mississippi. Aiming to deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care, the RN will handle medication administration, treatments, and ADL support per physician plans.

The role is full-time, day shift with rotating weekends on call; benefits include medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401K, pet insurance, and opportunities for career advancement and education.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and deliver care, including meds, treatments, and ADL care per physician's plan.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor residents and ensure quality care per standards and policies.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians and supervisors about resident status.
• Maintain up-to-date medical records during your shift on the assigned unit.
• Other tasks as required.

Full time | Day shift-Monday through Friday (With rotating weekends on call)

Registered Nurse ( RN ) duties include but are not limited to:

• Evaluation and delivery of care including medication administration, treatments, Adl care, etc. as ordered by physician and outlined in the plan of care (according to scope of practice)
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure resident/patients receive quality care based on professional standards and facility policies
• Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisor regarding resident status
• Maintain up to date and accurate medical records during tour of duty on assigned unit.
• Other tasks as required
