Job summary

Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a registered nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care, administer treatments and medications, and support family education. You will lead a care team, monitor patient conditions, and uphold high quality standards in a dynamic acute-care environment.

The role requires an active RN license, an associate degree in nursing, and certifications in BLS (within 30 days), ACLS and PALS (within six months).

Qualifications

  • Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire.
  • RN OR experience required.
  • 3 years of CVOR experience preferred.

Department/Unit Summary

Provides and coordinates patient care, including treatments, medication administration, and daily living assistance. Monitors and documents patient condition, communicates with the care team, and supports patient and family education. Advocates for patient rights, ensures ethical, patient-centered care, and addresses concerns. Acts as a care team leader, maintaining quality standards, productivity, and staff performance.

Qualifications and requirements
