Job summary

Tenet Healthcare’s Delray Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our nights team. The RN will coordinate patient care using the nursing process, ensuring安全, cost-effective care and adherence to safety standards. Licensure in Florida and BLS are required, with BSN preferred and CCRN/TNCC/PALS preferred for advancement.

The role emphasizes teamwork, infection control, and flexible adaptation to diverse patient populations in a leading acute care setting.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required; ACLS, Basic EKG as applicable.
• CCRN preferred; TNCC preferred; PALS preferred.

• Prior clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attends and participates in meetings and is responsible for information communicated at meetings.
• Adheres to corporate, regional, hospital and departmental policy and procedure 100% of the time.
• Assists all patients, family members, physicians, visitors and employees professionally.
• Follows Infection Control procedures at all times.
• Adheres to environmental care standards.

Job Summary

Job Type: Full Time

Up to $20,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.

The RN provides high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing are to all patients. The RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the nursing process. The RN directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, Infection Control, with the goal being to discharge the patient with an optimum level of care provided.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/REGISTRATION

• Registered Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida.
• BLS Certification. If applicable: ACLS, Basic EKG.
