Tenet Healthcare's Delray Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the night shift team. The RN provides high quality, safe, cost-effective nursing care, coordinating patient care based on nursing processes to discharge at an optimum level of care.

Job Summary

Job Shift: Nights

Job Type: Full Time

Up to $20,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.

The RN provides high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing are to all patients. The RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the nursing process. The RN directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, Infection Control, with the goal being to discharge the patient with an optimum level of care provided.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

• Minimum: Education recognized by the State of Florida as qualification for Registered Nurse licensure.
• Preferred: BSN

EXPERIENCE:

• Prior clinical experience in area of expertise preferred.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/REGISTRATION:

• Registered Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida.
• BLS Certification. If applicable: ACLS, Basic EKG.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

• CCRN preferred.
• TNCC preferred.
• PALS preferred
