Community Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the CPG Primary Care Campus. The role supports physicians with patient care, appointments, and education in a 4x10 schedule (4 days of 10 hours) with occasional Monday shifts.
Responsibilities include vitals, charting, medication updates, and coordinating with home health or labs. RN license required; Associate's degree and BLS necessary; BSN preferred for advancement opportunities.

Schedule Requirements (including weekends, holidays): 4x10, Tuesday-Friday with the occasional Monday
Major responsibility to assist physicians with patients. This includes: greeting, escorting patients to exam rooms, taking vitals, height, weight, histories, updating medication, developing and maintaining patient education materials, preparing patient equipment and medication prescriptions for the Physician, phoning in prescription refills with Physician's approval, charting, preparing informed consent forms for invasive procedures, calling physician orders to other health provider agencies, i.e. home health, nursing home, therapists, securing x-ray films and preparing labs for the doctors, ordering clinical supplies, cleaning exam rooms, maintaining instruments, removing outdated medications, administering vaccination. This job will also entail filling in for scribe function and occasionally patient check in and answering the phone.
