Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Clinical Resource Float at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL. This full-time role covers 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. with rotating weekends and involves supporting multiple inpatient units and adapting to fluctuating patient needs.
As an adaptable CRU nurse, you will coordinate care using the nursing process, apply evidence-based practice, and collaborate across teams to ensure patient safety and high-quality experiences.

The CRU is a highly adaptable team of registered nurses and support staff who provide care across multiple inpatient units to meet fluctuating patient volumes and acuity. These clinicians are part of a versatile, skilled workforce that plays a pivotal role in supporting hospital operations and delivering safe, effective care in a high-acuity, ever-changing clinical environment.
