Job summary

Essentia Health is hiring a full time Registered Nurse to work in its Clinical Evaluation Unit. The position involves a 36-hour week with day/night rotation, every 3rd weekend, and every other holiday.

The role requires RN licensure in the employer's states, BCLS within 1 month, and ACLS within 1 year. A hiring incentive of up to $7,500 (ADN) or $10,000 (BSN) may be available.

Qualifications

• Responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based on licensure and job descriptions.
• Meets the requirements of Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies where applicable.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

Essentia Health is hiring a full time Registered Nurse to work in our Clinical Evaluation Unit. This position will work 36 hour per week, day/night rotating, every 3rd weekend and every other holiday.

Education Qualifications:

Responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.

RN Hiring Incentive Eligible Position:Qualified candidates may be eligible for a hiring incentive of up to $7500 (ADN) and up to $10,000 (BSN)

Licensure/CertificationQualifications:

• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year
