Job summary

Harrington Cancer Center in Amarillo, TX is seeking a day shift, full-time Oncology Registered Nurse to provide patient care within a state-of-the-art facility.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, uphold high standards of safety and quality, and support patients and families through treatment and recovery in a comprehensive cancer care environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN License.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• The Oncology Registered Nurse is accountable for the health status and for health needs of patients based upon interpretation of health data and preventative health practices in collaboration with patients and interdisciplinary healthcare team members.
