Aspire Physical Recovery Center of West Alabama LLC in Northport, Alabama, seeks a dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Charge Nurse on the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM night shift. This full-time role follows a 7 On / 7 Off schedule for weekly rotation.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications per orders, assess residents, supervise LPNs and CNAs, maintain documentation, and communicate with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Charge Nurse experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Assess residents and respond to changes in condition.

Full-Time | Aspire Physical Recovery Center of West Alabama | Northport, AL

Base Pay: $31.00-$40.40 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 11:00 PM-7:00 AM

Schedule: 7 On / 7 Off

Night Shift Differential: +$2.25/hour weekdays | +$3.00/hour weekends

Work 7 Days. Enjoy 7 Days Off.

Aspire Physical Recovery Center of West Alabama is seeking a dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse for our 11p-7a night shift.

This 7 On / 7 Off schedule provides a full week off between rotations while offering the consistency of a full-time nursing position.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Assess residents and promptly respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs on the assigned unit.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Charge Nurse experience preferred.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Dependable and committed to quality resident care.
