Aspire Physical Recovery Center Of West Alabama LLC in Northport, AL is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse for a 7 On / 7 Off schedule on the 3:00 PM-11:00 PM shift. The role includes leading the nursing team and providing direct resident care.

The position offers base pay of $25.00-$29.55 per hour (experience-based) with shift differentials and full-time benefits, including insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Current Alabama LPN license in good standing is REQUIRED.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and oversee resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor residents and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Supervise and support CNAs.

Base Pay: $25.00-$29.55 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: 7 On / 7 Off | 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

Evening Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour weekdays | +$2.75/hour weekends

Aspire Physical Recovery Center of West Alabama is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse to join our nursing team on a 7 On / 7 Off schedule.

As an LPN Charge Nurse, you'll provide direct resident care while helping lead and support the nursing team throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and oversee resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor residents and promptly respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
