Job summary

Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse with Cardiac Cath Lab experience for a full-time role with varying shifts. The RN will perform nursing procedures requiring independent judgement in the Cardiac Cath Lab under the supervision of the Lab Manager.

Minimum two years of CC nursing, four years in a Cardiac Cath Lab preferred, and CA RN license with BLS CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of critical care nursing experience, preferably cardiac.
• Four (4) years of recent working experience in a full service Cardiac Cath. Lab is preferred.
• Current California Registered Nurse license required.
• Current BLS (CPR) Certificate required; I.A.B.P. certificate preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nursing procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab with independent judgement.
• Work under the supervision of the Manager of Cardiac Cath. Lab or designated supervisor.
• Provide patient care in a 238‑bed community hospital network with a focus on cardiac services

RN - CARDIAC CATH

Full-Time/Varies Shifts position located at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA

Reporting to the Manager of Cardiac Cath. Lab and/or designated supervisor, this position will perform a variety of technical and/or nursing procedures that will require independent judgement and initative of technical level not requiring constant supervision.

The tradition of caring that culminated in the establishment of Corona Regional Medical Center® began in 1965, with the founding of Corona Community Hospital. Since that time the hospital has changed to meet the needs of the rapidly growing community. Corona Community Hospital merged with Circle City Medical Center in 1992 and the resulting entity became Corona Regional Medical Center. The merged hospitals are now a 238-bed community hospital network comprised of a 160-bed acute care hospital and a 78-bed rehabilitation campus. It is certified by The Joint Commission, employs more than 1,250 trained healthcare workers and has a medical staff of approximately 347 physicians representing more than 40 specialties.
