Interim HealthCare is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager for our Laconia office. You will manage a defined patient caseload, provide direct in-home nursing care, and coordinate comprehensive services for individuals in the community.

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. NH RN license, CPR, and reliable transportation are required; wound care and supervision experience are preferred. Sign-on bonus is available and weekly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Active NH RN license required.
• 2+ years experience in skilled care preferred.
• 1+ year experience in nursing supervision preferred.
• Recent wound care experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation needed.

Interim HealthCare is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager based out of our Laconia office.

The Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager position is responsible for managing a defined caseload of patients providing direct patient care and comprehensive nursing services to individuals in the community.

Pay=$42.00-$47.00/HR

SIGN ON BONUS

• Sign on bonus=$5,000 ($2,500 paid at 90 days and $2,500 paid at 6 months)

Job Requirements

• Monday- Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
• Valid nursing license in the state of NH
• 2+ years of experience in skilled care preferred
• 1+ year of experience in nursing supervision preferred
• Recent wound care experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
