Job summary

The Christ Hospital Home Health Care in Kentucky seeks an experienced RN to deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes under physician direction. You will work autonomously, manage time efficiently, and ensure safe, high-quality care within state scope.

We offer a guaranteed base salary plus an uncapped bonus, mileage reimbursement, and competitive medical/dental/vision coverage, plus paid time off and 401k opportunities. Flexible schedules and team support are provided.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current license in the state of employment.
• Minimum one-year experience as an RN in an acute care setting.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a patient's home as directed by the attending physician.
• Work autonomously and manage your time efficiently.
• Uphold practices within the scope of the state requirements.
