Job summary

ChristianaCare in Newark, DE seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiovascular Stepdown unit. This part-time role covers 40 hours per pay period with rotating shifts including days and nights, weekends and holidays as per department guidelines.

The unit provides experience with cardiac cath, angioplasty, cardiac dysrhythmia, myocardial infarction, and vascular surgery patients; a BSN is required or will be pursued within three years.

Qualifications

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of hire.
• Two years of cardiac stepdown nursing experience required.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure.

Education & Experience Requirements

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining a BSN within three years of the date of hire
• Two years of cardiac stepdown nursing experience required
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37. This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
