Ardent is seeking a Night shift, full-time Cardiovascular Step-Down Registered Nurse (RN) in Tulsa, OK. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care in a cardiovascular step-down setting within a well-established hospital.

The RN will use the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care, prioritizing patient needs and coordinating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. BLS/ACLS are required within specified timelines.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire or upon signing a revised job description.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) for assigned patients.
• Identify and prioritize patient needs, formulate and implement the care plan, and delegate interventions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.

Educación

RN license in Oklahoma

Graduate of an accredited nursing school

The Registered Nurse in is primarily responsible for using the nursing process of assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide care to assigned patients. Responsible and accountable for identifying and prioritizing needs, formulating the plan of care, prioritizing/managing/delegating interventions and collaborating with the physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Current Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 90 days of hire or upon signing a revised job description

Preferred Job Requirements:

• One or more years of experience in a Step-Down Unit
• Med/Surg experience with an aptitude for developing new skills will be considered
