1103 Team Member Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our PCU Cardiovascular unit in Orlando, FL. The role covers comprehensive assessments, care planning, medication administration, and patient education on a day shift.

Unit Highlights: PCU Cardiovascular (GT8) is a designated step-down unit for patients recovering from cardiothoracic surgical procedures including coronary bypass grafting, valve repair and replacement, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Pericardial window, device explanation and laser lead extraction. We also care for thoracic surgeries including esophagogastrostomy, lung resection, as well as thoracic and abdominal aneurysm repairs.

Organizational and multi-tasking skills Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures Ability to work as a Team player within a unit Effective verbal and oral communication and problem-solving skills EKG competency Must be fluent in English (read, verbal and written skills) Basic computer skills – must be able to navigate Microsoft windows based programs Must be able to use a high level of abstract reasoning to assess patient, evaluate interventions, and revise plan of care according to patient outcomes
