The Staff Pad, in Wausau, WI, is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for a high-acuity Cardiac Telemetry Unit. This full-time position offers day and night shifts on a 12-hour schedule, with opportunities to advance into cardiac specialties.

You'll care for patients with post-operative open-heart, CHF, and vascular conditions, gain hands-on experience with chest tubes, central lines, and multiple drips, and work with a supportive nursing team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Wisconsin or eligibility through a compact license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience level: both experienced RNs and new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills; excellent teamwork and communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, compassionate care to high-acuity cardiac and medical patients.
• Monitor complex patients and manage multiple drips.
• Care for patients with chest tubes and central lines.
• Assess patients and recognize changes in condition.
