Job summary

The Staff Pad partners with a regional healthcare organization in Wausau, WI to hire Registered Nurses for a high-acuity Cardiac Telemetry Unit. This full-time role offers day and night shifts on 12-hour rotations, in a fast-paced yet supportive environment that values patient-centered care.

You'll care for patients with post-operative open-heart, CHF, and vascular conditions, gaining hands-on experience with chest tubes, central lines, and multiple drips while advancing cardiac nursing skills.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Wisconsin or eligibility through a compact license.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Experienced RNs and new graduate RNs are encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities
