Advocate Health’s Aurora West Allis Medical Center is seeking a Cardiac Telemetry RN for the 7 South unit in West Allis, WI. You’ll provide skilled, compassionate care on a 21-bed cardiac telemetry unit, handling arrythmias, CHF, chest pain, MI, and dialysis patients.

Registered Nurse (RN): Cardiac Telemetry 7 South: Cardiac Telemetry: Aurora West Allis Medical Center West Allis, Wi 53227
21 Bed unit providing care to Cardiac/Telemetry care patients. Diagnosis includes Cardiac Arrythmias, Congestive Heart Failure, Chest Pain, MI, and Peritoneal Dialysis. Master skills in pharmacology, pathophysiology, laboratory value interpretation and Telemetry. 7 South RNs are ACLS certified within 6 months with ability to respond to all in house Code 4 calls. Supportive learning environment, team approach, patient centric care to optimize patient outcomes.
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
