Job summary

Mount Ascutney Hospital & Health Center in Vermont seeks a registered nurse to provide and document cardiac rehabilitation. You will collaborate with patients, physicians, and the multidisciplinary team in an outpatient level‑2 rehab program, ensuring comprehensive care and accurate evaluation and documentation.

Candidates must hold Vermont RN licensure, with BLS and ACLS certifications, and have 3–5 years of nursing experience, including 2 years in a cardiac specialty service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing as an RN.
• 3-5 years’ experience of successful nursing practice, including 2 years in a cardiac specialty service.

Responsibilities

• Works in collaboration with patients, physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team, organizes, provides evaluations and document cardiac rehabilitation. This is an outpatient program providing level 2, ¾ pages of rehabilitation.
