Registered Nurse - Cardiac Rehab in Littleton, NH is seeking a clinician to help get the program running. Regular hours of about 12 hours per week to start; 4 hours each Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

The candidate will work closely with a rehab professional to help patients who have experienced a cardiac event return to activity. Daily tasks include telemetry reading, vital signs, assisting patients with equipment, assessing exercise response, and educating on a heart-healthy lifestyle while

• Reading telemetry to monitor patient status.
• Taking vital signs and tracking changes during activity.
• Assisting patients on/off exercise equipment safely.
• Assessing patient response to exercise and adjusting plans.
• Educating patients on heart-healthy lifestyle choices.
• Creating and carrying out individualized treatment plans.
• Communicating with physical therapists, cardiologists, and stakeholders.

Salary Range: $32.54 To $49.53 Annually

We are looking for regular clinical hours in Cardiac Rehab to help get the program up and running again after a period of inactivity. Commitment would be about 12 hours/week to start; 4 hours each Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. Looking for a candidate who is reliable and would like to work closely with a rehab professional, working to help patients who have experienced a cardiac event, return to activity.

Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Reading telemetry
• Taking vital signs
• Assisting patients on/off exercise equipment
• Assessing patient response to exercise
• Educating patients on a heart healthy lifestyle
• Creating and carrying out individualized treatment plans for patients
• Communicating with physical therapist, cardiologist, and other appropriate stakeholders
