Job summary

Health Wealth Safe, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Cardiology to join the Cardiac/Telemetry Unit. You will provide bedside nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of acute cardiac telemetry experience, AZ RN licensure, strong teamwork and communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. BSN and CVICU/ICU experience, CPR/ACLS certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Acute care cardiac telemetry experience required.
• AZ RN licensure is required.
• BSN preferred; CVICU/ICU experience a plus; CPR/ACLS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized bedside nursing care based on the nursing process.

• Participating in hourly patient rounding and ensuring safety guidelines are followed.
• Supervising healthcare team members and potentially serving as shift charge nurse.
• Assessing, planning, delegating, and evaluating patient care effectiveness.

Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience in cardiac, telemetry, or stepdown units.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a valid RN license in the state.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and basic computer proficiency.
• Preferred: BSN degree, experience in CVICU or ICU, and certifications such as CPR or ACLS.
