Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Massachusetts seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver safe, quality patient care across neonates to geriatrics in home care settings.

You will perform assessments, care planning, IV therapy, EKGs, and collaborate with physicians, social workers, and community resources to improve outcomes; strong documentation and clinical judgment are essential.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state, BLS certification; ACLS preferred in some areas.
• Minimum six months to one year experience in a specialty area preferred; PALS preferred for PACU.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments, care planning, interventions, and evaluations in line with standards of practice.
• Manage activities of daily living, IV therapy, EKGs, and prioritize patient needs effectively.
• Use clinical judgment to assign duties to staff based on their competencies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying performance opportunities and implementing improvements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, social workers, and community resources to enhance patient outcomes.
• Complete accurate documentation using approved forms, transcribe physician orders, and ensure legal compliance.
• Perform related duties as required to support patient care.
