PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Denver is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care on our Long-Term Acute Care unit. You will apply the nursing process, coordinate care, and support discharge planning.

This full-time role requires current RN licensure in the state or compact licensure, BLS, and ACLS within 90 days. ACLS is required for Charge Nurses as applicable, with opportunities for growth within PAM Health.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state where the hospital resides or compact licensure.
• BLS certification is required. ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS certification must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.

Long-Term Acute Care Hospital- Denver, CO

Hourly Rate Range- $42-$58

This is a full time status opportunity to work Baylor shifts! This position is required to work 36 weekend hours (12 hour shifts) and be paid for a standard 40 hour work week.

Earn up to an additional $7/hr with shift differentials!

Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer/Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process while delivering, directing and supervising care to patients admitted to the nursing unit. The Registered Nurse plans, coordinates, and provides patient care to include interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization, and accessing community resources. May perform other related duties as assigned or requested, including Charge Nurse (ACLS certification required).

Education and Training:

Holds a current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates. Current BLS certification is required. Evidence of ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment. BLS and ACLS certifications must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment. Current ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses.

Experience:

One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.
