Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license.
• Medication administration and IV certification.
• Strong working knowledge of state rules and regulations.
• A passion for caring for and improving the lives of residents.
• Positive, dependable attendance and a team-focused, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform treatments based on resident needs
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
