Job summary

FutureCare in Maryland is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality resident care, assess needs, develop and execute care plans, and collaborate with the care team.

The ideal candidate holds an active Maryland RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term or acute setting; the role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting in the delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice provided is within State and Federal guidelines.
• Review referrals for consultation, treatment or problem resolution as documented in nurse plans.
• Evaluate resident responses to care to ensure care plans are met.
• Implement physician’s orders, nursing interventions and procedures as needed.
• Seek opportunities for professional growth and expanded responsibilities.
• Set and implement goals and policies consistent with FutureCare’s philosophy.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or long-term health care facility a plus
• Must possess a current CPR license
