Job summary

Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk, VA is hiring new graduate Registered Nurses into our Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) / Medical Surgical AHRT Float Program. You will orient and work on Medical Surgical Units and IMCU/Stepdown to gain valuable nursing experience.

You will rotate between inpatient units every 12 weeks and may remain in the program for up to 2 years. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered with no contract required, along with full-time benefits and opportunities to advance within

Qualifications

• RN-Associate’s Degree, RN-Bachelor’s Degree, RN-Diploma, RN-Master’s Degree are acceptable for the role.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Active Virginia or Compact Multi-State RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Orient and work on Medical Surgical Units and IMCU/Stepdown to gain nursing experience.
• Rotate between inpatient units every 12 weeks.
• Participate in the IMCU/Float Pool rotation to provide varied patient experiences.
