Concierge Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled evening home health visits in The Villages, FL. This role offers Monday–Friday evenings (5:00 PM–10:00 PM) with no overnight shifts and a $48-$50 per visit base plus a $10 evening differential.

You will perform SOC, wound care, disease management, IV starts, and coordinate with physicians while using WellSky EMR and AI-assisted charting. Join a supportive team with mentorship and free CEUs.

Qualificações

• Active Florida RN license or Compact license required.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Schedule

What You'll Do

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while ensuring continuity of care after normal business hours.

Responsibilities include:

• Complete Start of Care (SOC) admissions
• Skilled nursing revisits
• Resumption of Care (ROC) visits
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Wound care
• Disease management education
• IV starts
• Monitor urinary retention
• Post-surgical urology care
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Complete OASIS documentation and EMR charting
• Participate in rotating evening/weekend on-call coverage

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Active Florida RN License or Compact RN License
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
