Job summary

Johnson Memorial Hospital, part of Trinity Health Of New England, seeks an Administrative Nurse Supervisor to provide on-site nursing and administrative leadership. The role involves responding to emergencies, addressing patient and family concerns, staffing, and supporting the nursing staff.

You will collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver patient care, upholding professionalism, punctuality, teamwork, and empathy as core values guiding care for patients and families.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut.
• BLS prior to hire. ACLS, FCCS and CPI/NCI (within one year of hire).
• Progressive nursing experience in a variety of settings including critical care required. Previous experience in nursing supervision preferred.

What you will do

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. BSN required.
• Licensure: Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut.
• Certification: BLS prior to hire. ACLS, FCCS and CPI/NCI (within one year of hire).
• Experience: Progressive nursing experience in a variety of settings including critical care required. Previous experience in nursing supervision preferred.

Salary Pay Range: $82,461.60 to $131,976.00

Pay is based on RN experience. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.

Position Highlights

Full-Time – Weekends Only – 12-Hr Day Shift.

• Weekend Only Program is set from 7:00 p.m. Friday through 7:30 a.m. Monday. You will work every weekend, minus one per quarter. You will work a total of 24 Hours, which will consist of two 12-hour shifts or three 8-hour shifts, depending on the unit.
• If a Holiday does not fall within these hours, it is not considered part of the weekend schedule.
