Qualifications

• Nursing degree and RN licensure (state or multi-state).
• BLS, Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP), and instructor certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience.
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, time management, and technical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and respond to emergencies professionally.
